Racketlon is a unique combination sport that integrates four popular racket disciplines—table tennis, badminton, squash, and tennis—into a single match, testing versatility and endurance. Competitors play one set of each sport against the same opponent, in order from smallest to largest racket: table tennis, badminton, squash, then tennis.

Each set is played to 21 points (with a two-point margin to win), except in team competitions where sets are to 11 points. The winner is the player or doubles pair with the most cumulative points across all four sports. If scores are tied, a single “gummiarm” point in tennis (one serve) decides the match. Standard rules for each sport apply, with minor adjustments, such as two serves per player (one from each side, except in table tennis). Originating in Finland and Sweden in the 1980s, Racketlon is governed by the Federation Internationale de Racketlon (FIR), founded in 2002.
