Softball

Softball is a dynamic team sport similar to baseball but played on a smaller field with a larger ball (11-12 inches in circumference) and underhand pitching. It features two teams of 9-10 players competing to score runs by hitting the ball and running bases. Games typically last 7 innings (or 1-2 hours).

There are two main types:
