Acrobatic Gymnastics

Acrobatic Gymnastics (often shortened to “Acro”) is a competitive discipline of gymnastics governed by the International Federation of Gymnastics (FIG). It is defined by partnerships or groups of gymnasts working together to perform complex routines set to music, which combine spectacular acrobatic feats, dance, and tumbling.
